Majestic Resorts Covid Testing Update
Majestic Resorts will make available COVID-19 PCR or antigen testing at its resorts in Costa Mujeres, Mexico and Punta Cana, the Dominican Republic.
Testing will be offered at the resorts for the convenience of our guests.
To make an appointment, please contact Majestic Resorts Punta Cana at theclub.mmpc@majestic-resorts.com or Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres at guestservice.mecm@majestic-resorts.com. Please reserve appointments at least 48-hours prior to your departure time from the resort.
The guests of Majestic Resorts will also be covered by a complementary insurance policy during their stay at any one of our resorts in Costa Mujeres or Punta Cana, with the company Europe Assistance. This insurance will include the following coverages and services, allowing guests to be reassured in the event of any medical emergency.

- Test type: Antigen
- Testing availability: Monday through Friday, and Saturday until noon
- Cost: $30.00 USD*
- Test result delivery time: Approximately 30 minutes after the test is completed
- Test result delivery method: Email or WhatsApp within a few hours after the test is completed
Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres, Mexico
- Test type: Antigen
- Testing availability: Monday through Saturday from 8:00 – 10:00 AM
- Cost: $50.00 USD*
- Test result delivery time: Approximately 20 minutes after the test is completed
- Test result delivery method: Physical document or upon request by email within a few hours after the test is completed
