2027 Apple Vacations Exclusive Non-Stop Vacation Flight (ENVF) Schedules Are Here!
Exciting updates for next year: Apple Vacations has released the 2027 Exclusive Non-Stop Vacation Flight (ENVF) schedules, with even more convenient non-stop options from various U.S. cities to top destinations like Cancun/Riviera Maya, Punta Cana, and beyond. These flights are designed to maximize your beach time with convenient schedules, and more routes have been added to make planning your next tropical escape easier than ever. When more routes are added, we will continue to update the information on our website.
The deposit due on any vacation package utilizing these Exclusive Non-Stop Vacation Flights (ENVF) is a low $200.00 per person.
If you do not see your city listed, we offer many non-stop and connecting flight options from many other airports with American Airlines, United Airlines, Delta Air Lines, JetBlue, Southwest, Alaska Airlines, and many more.

RIU Resorts Re-Open Two Favorites!
RIU has completed major renovations and reopened two of our most popular properties this summer:
- RIU Palace Aruba reopened on July 31, 2026, after a comprehensive renovation on Palm Beach. Expect modernized rooms, upgraded dining concepts, refreshed gardens and pools, and the new Elite Club service (including 31 rooms with private pools for adults seeking extra privacy and perks).
- RIU Palace Peninsula in Cancun’s Hotel Zone reopened on July 25, 2026. All 618 rooms have been redesigned with elegant natural tones, new culinary options have been added, and Elite Club is now available with exclusive restaurant, pool, and premium amenities.

Visits to Dreams Flora Resort & Spa and the Newly Re-opened RIU Palace Aruba
We were excited to have the opportunity to visit these two resorts this summer. At Dreams Flora Resort & Spa in Punta Cana (Dominican Republic), we experienced firsthand the family-friendly Unlimited-Luxury setting, excellent service, clean facilities, and relaxed atmosphere that continue to earn rave reviews. Guests love the Preferred Club options and the overall welcoming vibe—many are already planning return visits.

Resort Renovations Updates
Looking ahead, several popular resorts are investing in major upgrades:
- Iberostar Waves Tucan and Iberostar Waves Quetzal (Riviera Maya/Playa del Carmen) are undergoing full renovations. Both properties are closed from approximately mid-May through late November 2026. When they reopen, expect refreshed rooms (including new swim-up options), new water slides and splash pad areas, refurbished restaurants and bars with panoramic views, a new taqueria/burger/pizza/ice cream zone, updated sun terraces, and an overall modernized, vibrant family-friendly experience.
- Majestic Colonial in Punta Cana is in the midst of a $35 million renovation and is currently closed, with reopening scheduled for November 12, 2026. Highlights include completely transformed guest rooms (all categories renovated with new bathrooms), a new Family Suites category with outdoor jacuzzis (sleeping up to 6), an all-ages water park featuring slides and a lazy river, a new Italian restaurant with al fresco dining, fully renovated pool decks and fitness center, and expanded dining overall.
- Ocean Coral & Turquesa (Puerto Morelos, Riviera Maya) will be closed from approximately August 30 to November 18/19, 2026, for an ambitious renovation that will elevate it to Ocean Signature Resorts premium standards. Updates include a refreshed arrival experience and lobby, modernized rooms, enhanced culinary offerings, and a complete reimagining of the Privilege (premium) section. Effective November 19, 2026, the resort will officially rebrand as Ocean Coral Riviera Cancún, delivering a more contemporary and sophisticated experience while retaining its prime location facing the Great Maya Reef.
- RIU Palace Costa Rica (Guanacaste) will close for a complete, integral renovation starting August 31, 2026, with reopening expected in March or April 2027 (around mid-March to late April depending on final timelines). This full modernization will elevate the luxury experience, updating facilities and services while preserving its Pacific Ocean setting and RIU’s signature hospitality. The neighboring RIU Guanacaste remains fully open during the closure.
- RIU Palace Jamaica (Montego Bay) will close at the end of August 2026 (starting August 31) for a comprehensive multi-million-dollar rebuild and is scheduled to reopen on December 12, 2026. The project includes completely renovated rooms, refurbished public areas, updates to several restaurants (including a refreshed steakhouse), and the addition of 10 new swim-up rooms with private pools, elevating the adults-only experience while maintaining RIU’s signature style.
- RIU Palace Mexico (Playa del Carmen / Playacar) closed on May 4, 2026, for a comprehensive renovation and is scheduled to reopen on September 5th, 2026. When it returns, the resort will operate as an adults-only (18+), all-inclusive property. The full overhaul includes updated rooms and public areas, with the addition of elevated amenities designed for couples and adult travelers seeking a more refined experience.
