At Excellence Riviera Cancun, we surround you with luxury. Whether it’s our suites’ private gardens with the perfect hammocks for siestas, or the private pool access of each of our Junior Swim-up suites, our accommodations are comprehensive and entirely luxurious.

Each features two double beds or one king bed, a private and furnished balcony or patio, a full marbled bathroom with a jetted whirlpool bathtub, separate shower, separate water closet, and double vanities, a service box for room service, air-conditioning with in-room climate control, CD/DVD player, free high-speed internet data port, radio/alarm clock with iPod dock, coffee/tea maker, stocked mini-bar, iron & ironing board, pillow menu, turndown service.

Pool Information:

Six swimming pools (one is heated in the winter), a swim-up bar, three ocean-view jacuzzis and pool/beach waiter service.

  This is the restaurant to sample the finest Mexican food and Tex-Mex favorites on the Riviera Maya—as mild as you like or as spicy as you can handle. Enjoy authentic Mexican specialties grilled, sautéed or marinated. Your choice of romantic indoor seating or outdoors under the moonlight in our hacienda-style courtyard. Tableside mariachi entertainment completes your perfect Mexican evening.

  Beneath an open-air thatch-roof palapa that bridges the main pool, The Lobster House serves up tasty breakfast and lunch with tableside service. This is the place on the Riviera Maya for exquisite shellfish dishes prepared to your tastes.
