BlueBay Grand Esmeralda 979 air-conditioned rooms and suites beautifully decorated in an elegant Mayan style, the highest quality standards and most modern facilities.

All rooms offer great views on the ocean or the hotel gardens. They can accommodate up to 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children each. Fully equipped with air conditioning, cable flat screen TV, coffee maker, hairdryer, digital safe, Wi-Fi Internet access, iron and ironing board, mini bar, private bathroom, sewing kit, welcome kit, and wheelchair access.

Pool Information:

• Large main pool with water fountain in the middle, steps from the beach, restaurant and bar, featuring pool side waiter service.
• 1 kids pool located in the Kids Club, featuring a water slide that empties into the pool.
• 2 refreshing pools. Wrapped around building bocks, only accessible to guests staying in 1 bedroom Swim Up Suites, through their patios.

Dining Information:

• Don lsi: Mexican specialty a la carte restaurant. Serves dinner from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Reservations are required. Dress Code: Slacks and shoes required.

• Jaal-Ha: Buffet beach restaurant and snack bar serving breakfast (7:00 am to 11:00 am), lunch (12:30 to 5:00 pm) and dinner (7:00 pm to 10:00 pm). Shoes and shirts required.

Bar Information:

• Main Beach Bar: Located steps from the pool and beach, features beach and pool side waiter service. Best location in the Resort for wasting the day away.
  
• Theater Bar: Located temporarily in the Jaal-Ha, beach restaurant, offering waiter service during shows and entertainment. Enjoy your favorite drink during live shows.
  
• The Lounge: Located between the Cuore di Rossi and L´Atelier a la carte restaurants. An upscale atmosphere to enjoy a pre dinner cocktail.
