Catalonia Bavaro Resort

A tropical paradise of everlasting fun & sun, Catalonia Bavaro Resort is situated next to the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea along a white, soft coral-sand beach surrounded by coconut palms and lush vegetation. A heavenly location for relaxation or watersports activities. This all-suite resort offers spacious acommodations in 30 three-story villas, with 24 junior suites in each, throughout acres of natural gardens.

The pool is lagoon size, like an oasis with little islands of flourishing palms and an inner jacuzzi. A nine-hole, executive golf course is adjacent, as part of the resort.

Main Accomodations:

711 air-conditioned junior suites feature two twin beds or one king bed, bathroom with circular tub and separate shower, hair dryer, living area, ceiling fan, mini-bar, coffee maker, in-room safe, and balcony or terrace with hammock.

There is one large free form swimming pool with swim-up bar.

• Mariachi – Mexican specialty restaurant. Open for dinner from 7:00 pm to 9:45 pm. Reservations are required. Dress Code: Men are required to wear long pantsand close-toed shoes.
• Palapa Beach Restaurant – Serving a continental breakfast from 8:30 to 10:30 am, and a barbecue lunchfrom 12:00 to 4:00 pm.
• Gran Caribe – A buffet restaurant serving international cuisine.
• La Toscana – A la carte restaurant serving Italian cuisine. Open for dinner.
• Mikado – An a la carte Japanese restaurant featuring Teppanyaki cuisine. Open for dinner onlyHours are from 6pm-9:30pm. Reservations required. Men are required to wear long pants & close-toed shoes at dinner.
• Breton Ice-Cream Parlour – Enjoy famous crepes and the tastiest ice-cream. Open from 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm
• Rodeo Steak House – A la carte restaurant with steak specialties. Open for dinner from 7:00pm to 9:45 pm. Reservations are required. Dress Code: Men are required to wear long pants and close-toed shoes.
